Im working on a 98 V70R AWD and the rear silencers are done.
The owner wants a 3" inch aftermarket with twin pipes. I have seached everywhere for one but havent located one?
Are they made in 3" or do i have to make a costume one. The ones i can find is only 2½" and thats stock size.

My knowledge of exhausts is limited, so i cant comment on the availability of twin 3" kits, but I do know that custom exhausts are one of the few items that are competitive in price with premade kits.

With free flowing silencers and mufflers a 3 in downpipe with two 2.0 in going to the back after the cat is more than you will need.
Running 3 in all the way back usually gives no power gain and an annoying drone.
The newer 04-07 R series cars put out 300-400hp (stock to average mod) and do so with a 3 in DP and two 2 in pipes out the back . The use a 3 in Magnaflow 50 state cat and straight through silencers and muffler (corrugated center pipe with stainless mesh and sound deadener)
See TME's website for more details http://www.tme.se/
