Volvo owning forest dwellers beware!

Post by alaska-mzungu »

Reason # 7 why we should check our air box routinely!
I just couldn't figure out why my exhaust was smelling so rich these past few months! With this luxury varmint condo under my air filter, it's a wonder my engine received ANY air. I'm still trying to figure out WHEN it would have had enough time in between drives to accomplish this. Maybe when I was out of town for a few weeks, eh?
This is my first post EVER. I currently have nothing to contribute to your database that will ASSIST you, but this made me laugh out loud, and I hoped it would do the same for you.
I just wanted to say thank you so very much to all who contribute to this site (even "behind the scenes") to make it what it is. I have benefited so much from your experience and insight when my baby (98 V70awd) perplexes me. I will continue to come here for advice and of course, some good humor along with my typical repair frustrations.
Over-n-out.

Wow...I'm surprised it ran at all!

Good thing there were no critters still in there at least...

A learning experience is one of those things that says, "You know that thing you just did? Don't do that."
