Sorry if this has already been covered, i couldn't find it in a quick search. The ac in my s80 barely blows any air out the vents. The motor gets louder as you turn the fan speed up but the volume of air being moved hardly changes. Is the blower going out? I pulled the cabin filter it is dirty but not extremely dirty. I am on my way to buy a new filter now. What does everyone think?
Thanks in advance!
AC barely blowing...

This is two posts recently for low air with fans speed that does change. Hmmm.
The recirculate/fresh air selection on P2's is done with two doors. One closes/opens outside air inlet and the other does the same for the inside air door. If either of these doors stuck with broken linkage then you'd have low air flow but only to the door stuck shut. In the case of Houston (thanks to anyone that puts city info on profile...) with a car with high inside temp your doors are going to recirc automatically until interior cools so the only way you'll force it to change to outside position for testing is to push the defrost button. Not the mode knob.
If the switch to fresh gives you restored airflow then inside air door or linkage is the issue. I have not repaired one for this issue so I can't tell you what will have to happen to get it repaired.
