That was it! I have never used a gauge on it but thank you Volvo Engineers for that shraeder valve!
Thank You for your help Jblackburn. Would it be safe to run on the "paperclip"(2 spade lugs with a soldered wire). Do some not put a switch leg across these points for an anti theft device?

Hurray!

I would not leave one permanently in place. The relay is there to cut off the fuel pump when the engine is not running or in the event of a crash.

Thanks again for the assist. The circuit 15 problem was the drivers side light bulb in the lighting cluster up at the rearview mirror. the only thing that holds the bulb laterally is a straight track for the bayonette nib in the ground contact. The bulb was in too far and in sideways so that it through a dead short accros the positive and negative contacts. Light fixtures have always been the weak link on volvos and this one is really bad. It is worth the time to pop both plastic lens covers, remove the two torxs and drop the whole assembly so you can see what you are up against.Only remaining task is shorting out relay 210 so i dont have to deal with this silly immobilizer circuit
