WANTED Volvo friendly turbo rebuilder in Los Angeles area

Hello everyone I should probably be posting to the "hello, new Volvo owner page" first but I have an issue I need to address.
I am the new owner of a 96 850 turbo "platinum edition" wagon
I am getting a little blue smoke after prolonged idle & am thinking that the Turbo needs rebuilding. May I ask if anyone has a recommendation for a volvo competent turbo rebuilder or someone that stocks quality replacements or rebuilds in the greater Los Angeles area (or san fernando valley)? I have made a couple of phone calls and I keep hearing "hmmm not sure what kind of turbo that is & when I say it's a mitsubishi XXXX I get, "well it's kinda small" etc.
I am also looking at rebuilding it myself but I want to weigh all my options first.
