Black Smoke - Misfiring - 2000 S40

]My car was left sitting for about 3 months after being repaired for a number of items. Now its blowing black smoke so bad I get honked on the road. Also the exhaust is black and blowing particles. Its also misfiring. I can't afford to send it back to a mechanic. Everything I've read says a fuel mix thats too rich and the misfiring sounds like spark plugs to me. A friend can help me replace a few things and here are my thoughts -

1.Spark Plugs - replace
2.O2 sensors - dont know which one so might buy both rear and front?
3.MAF - ?
4.PCV - I hope not as from what I have seen its a lot of work and expensive parts and it shouldnt be this?

As a process of elimination I'm hoping its one of the first three, or a combination of them.

Any comments welcome. Is it worth getting someone out to diagnose by scanner?? I don't even know what those things can point out.

I have replaced
O2 sensor front (there is no rear on my car)
Ignition Coil
Spark Plugs
Coolant Temp Sensor
Thermostat
MAF
Cleaned the throttle body
had the fuel injectors electronically cleaned

waiting on a boost sensor as its having trouble idling and dies if i take my foot off the pedal. Once I have that, I'll start it up again, and try to reset the ECM and have it re-learn everything??? with the new installs. I really hope this is it as I cant' think of anything else this can be.
