Back wheels have no power??

If you call a volvo dealer and tell them you need the AOC pressure/temp sensor they will know what you need. They may know the part number without looking it up in your neighborhood.

I was looking back through the earlier responses in this post. I have since discovered the failures on the angle gear connector sleeves occur much earlier up north. Techs I know in the snow belt see them at 75K miles. Down here in the sun (no rust) belt see them go a lot longer without service.

Is there a DEM unit that can cause the AWD not to work, how would someone know if the its the AOC sensor or the DEM (if it does exists)?

AOC had a DEM as it is the control modules that apportions power to the rear when commanded.
There would usually be codes to point the direction the repair needs to go.
