shifter not releasing and all window motor controls inop

1)ac light blinking
2)check engine light on code for secondary air injection system
3)rebuilt shifter linkage bushing cotterpin replaced the c clip
4)no window controls from any door
5)wont release from park car starts fine

I got in the old girl today to find no way to disengage from reverse and no window motor controls from any door on off switch checked
Feels like no click going on on the breake to release the linkage thanks

Is there any regulators or anything underhood that could have blown just off the top of your head
