I have a 2001 Volvo S60 T5 Manual Shift,
When I start my car I have a odor that comes from the air conditioner. It is probqably caused by condensate getting sour. How do I clean and where does the condensate accumulate?

Have you recently changed the cabin filter?
If not, do so and while it's out, get a bucket, mix a solution of 50/50 bleach and water.
Remove the cabin filter.
Take a small rag, soak and midly wring it out and swab the entire area in and around the fresh air intake and filter area.
Dry and repeat, maybe even 3 times.
Let dry, then install the cabin filter.
Also buy some A/C cleaning spray product such as Fridgee Fresh (or equivilent), spray some of that on the filter and liberally blow it inside the A/C vents.
When done and you fire up the car and the A/C, in the beginning you should get a combination, bleach and sweet smell coming out of the vents for a day or so, then hopefully nothing after that if it works.
Both products are important, the bleach kills mold and mildew and the Fridgee Fresh keeps it away plus it has a nice smell to it!
You may have to repeat this process a couple of times
