cleaned etm idle fixed but still stalls
So I have a 99 S80 I was having problems with rough idle so after checking the issue out I found out that I should clean the etm, I did that and as far as the rough idle its fixed "which I'm super happy about" but when I took the car for a little longer drive the car loss acceleration "Push on the gas and nothing" had to pull over turn car off then back on, which was happening before but thought would be fixed by cleaning the ETM, what should I do now?
Cleaning the ETM doesn't always fix it, there are resistive strips in the sensors inside the ETM that wear out with use and can cause this issue.
I would try to be 100% sure you don't have a vacuum leak then start looking at replacement ETMs, I believe the xemodex (sp?) ones replace the resistive strips with magnetic sensors so they don't wear out.

weird u bring up a vacumm leak I did have a check engine light on, which the code mentioned a small vacumm leak but I replaced the fuel cap and the check engine light is not on at the moment, how would i check for a vacumm leak? im not to machanicly inclined

inspect any hoses between the MAF sensor (right after the air filter) and the intake manifold, maybe flex them a bit and listen for a change in RPM. If you're lucky you can hear it or feel air moving with your fingers
pay special attention to joints and where the hoses connect
