WTB 850 Tilt/Tele Steering Column Parts

If anyone is parting an 850 or has access to the steering colum from an 850 (S/V/C/XC 70's are completely different), I am in need of basically the tilt/tele lever, washers and nuts. Mostly, I just need the special cone shaped washer that tightens and locks the lever into place; it is located on the lever side.

Last time I repaired my dash, I got too aggressive and over torqued the assembly which broke that special washer. If someone with VAD!$ can get the PN, that'd work too, the parts diagrams on TASCA, DW, and VPWS do not list a seperate PN and are somewhat confusing.
