I'll be pulling a trailer with a full load of 2200+ lbs.Terrain will be flat as well as the Rockies. Looking for all the parts, including the mounting hardware as well as electrical connections.

Thanks! Sim

Hey guys! SOMEONE must have a genuine Volvo hitch! I don't really need to electrical. U-Haul has plenty. They wanted $360+ to install (including parts). I can install myself if I can find one. Any hints? Clues?

Have a great weekend!

No
but 2200 lbs is up there and you would be wise to install a tranny aux. cooler if you want to keep it together
You're driving an OLD car now!

Thanks guys! Too pricey when you add freight and packing. I have located one (original Volvo) closer to home in a yard. It has all hardware and electrics, too. And $100.00 frt included!

Too bad..... We junked our 97 a few weeks ago after my piece of sh** sister in law drove it into the ground . It had a hitch on it that I would have gladly peeled off for you.

Thanks for the thought, Matty! I really appreciate that! And I'm sorry about your loss. The '97 was the best (is the best) of the 850 models.

I"ve got an OEM one but shipping is going to make it impossible for you to buy.

Well, thanks for the thought. I appreciate that. I'll keep this post alive as I am still looking. I did find one in Sacramento but even that (with freight) was approaching new/installed from U-Haul.
