My check coolant light appeared so I checked the level to notice I was a bit low.
So i went to my dealer and purchased Volvo coolant fluid.
Filled it up and about five minutes later the coolant was low again.
That happened twice.
I made it home and checked to see if I was leaking any fluid but there has not been one drop on the ground.
The engine temp is stable right in the middle with no flux.
Performance is the same.
Has anyone experienced this one?
Any help is appreciated.

Hot- coolant rizing in to expansion tank (even though coolant level is low, it appears more than is actually there).
Opened it up and added coolant....Then, as you drove, more coolant got sucked into the hoses and into the radiator where it's suppose to go.
Got home- coolant looks low again.
I'd say that it's just self adjusting, unless you see a leak on the floor...just keep an eye on it and hope it's all okay.
If you're consistently losing some, then check your seal on the lid, the lid itself as well as a small crack or pin holes in the lines and the expansion tank. These things can be very small, evaporating the coolant and so it's hard to diagnose. Hope you bought some coolant and brought it home.

check the coolant return line from the block to the turbo as well.
