Parking brake adjustment

Hi there I'm after some advice please, in my hotrod I have a Volvo rear axle and I can't get the parking brake to hold tight, I've adjusted the front adjusters but it's still not good enough, is there a way of adjusting the shoes?? Here's a few pictures of the hub etc
