Door panel compatibility

I have a 2007 V70R with the Nordkap blue leather interior. I need a door panel for the front drivers side and rear drivers side. I found a couple online for a 2004 S60R and the pictures look identical. Does anyone know if these are compatible? I have the vin numbers for each car but the dealer cannot give me a definitive answer as to whether or not they are the same. Please help!

I have a 2001 v70t5 and I installed Nordakap front door panels from a 2006 s60r. Hope this helps ya. I do know the rears will not interchange at all.
