For the past few days I've taken apart a lot of stuff on my 1998 s70 GLT. I'm trying to bring it back to stage 0. Here are the few things I've done:
Turbo Bearings, new spring.
Vacuum Lines
PCV Job
Oil Change
I finally finished it off tonight and started her up. Sounded nice and fresh. I decided to take a quick drive just to see how everything goes. It started out well, nice acceleration (Wasn't pushing on the pedal that hard), steady speed, great idle at stop lights. For about 10-15 minutes it was a nice stroll, I then decided to give her the ol' boot to see if that turbo is kicking in. I pushed the pedal down and started to climb RPM's suddenly at 4 or 5 I felt a HUGE deceleration, like someone pushed the car backwards, so i let go of the gas and started to question what the hell happened?? I slowly pushed on the pedal and it had a long delay, weird....
I crept up to a stop sign and waited a second, upon going forward the car wouldnt go at the same time i was pushing the pedal..... It gets worst, I end up back at home sitting in my car thinking what just happened, and suddenly its revving like a sea lion yelling! It once failed trying to go in reverse, just stalled and died....
Im clueless on just happened, any thoughts?
Heres a video of the sea lion yelling:
Strange Revving

No worries; you just blew off an intercooler air hose. Find it and reconnect!

I agree. You blew an intercooler hose off...Look up under that little plastic shelf that is located at the top of the fan shroud...I had to remove mine to get to the clamp, then I couldn't get it to stay back on, so I 'installed' it with a couple zip-ties, which have been doing great for 1,000's of miles now.

I checked out my intercooler and nothing seems to be pulled off. Whats strange is that when I pull the plug on my MAF Sensor the car drives okay...So I placed a newer MAF sensor and it died! What Hell?! I had to use my car to get to college and the acceleration is horrible, I also hear a weird chain sound while driving.. Maybe SAS?

The MAF is dying because it's registering the wrong airflow somewhere along the way.
You checked all of em from the turbo up to the intercooler, then back to the throttle body?
In this case, pull off the black plastic cover over the throttle body and make sure that hose is still secure on the intake manifold - it will often blow off at the bottom. Or sometimes that hose will form a hole where it attaches to the idle control valve.
Not sure what the chain noise is. Were you able to hear it in the video?

I will check all the hoses again after class. No you weren't able to hear it in the video, it only occurred when in drive. I will take a video with the sound again.

Just an Update.
I found one of the inter-cooler hose that popped out. I was under the car between the radiator angle hose and the aluminum hose. I tightly clamped it down and went for a spin.
