V50 Sat nav

Hi guys, I own a 2012 V50 with in built sat nav, and have a question.
Recently I borrowed an XC70 from my local dealer, and upon using the sat nav, I found that the speed limits were displayed for whichever road you were using.
Is there anyway that I could get this to work on my V50 sat nav??
