My (bought used 2 months ago) 2000 V70 AWD has a power steering leak, diagnosed by Midas as a Rack leak. Lucas Stop Leak did not work - 3 days plus so far. I do not have parts.
I live in Cranston, RI, USA, which is next to Providence.
Any suggestions? I am not very good with cars.

There is a $50-ish rebuild kit available that supposedly can be done with the rack still on the car.
I have not attempted it myself.
I have a similar leak in my 97 850 GLT, and I just keep feeding more fluid and stop leak into it.
By the way - you did check what fluid type to use, right? I'm not sure about the 2000s, but the older ones used Dexron III automatic transmission fluid in the power steering system. Mixing power steering fluid into that is likely to create a reservoir full of gelatin.
