I just purchase this from ipd and a strut brace, the brace was the real easy part , but for the sway bars the car needs to be raised , unless i pay theshop to use theres or to have them install for alot$, any suggestions on raising my s70 off the ground so i can install this? im thinking of doing 2 cinder blocks on each side front and back.

Put it up on ramps and lower the subframe with a floor jack under it, then you'll have enough clearance to take the old out and put the new one in. I highly recommend heavy duty swaybar endlinks (also from IPD) if you're going to do this upgrade. Of course you can add them later.

This would be a bit easier job with two floor jacks IMO. That's how I did it and it worked out perfectly. It certainly is doable with ramps and a floor jack though.
Read through the IPD instructions thoroughly before starting. You have to lower the rear of the subframe to get the old bar out and the new one in.
