Front wheel bearings s40 1999

Am extremely frustrated..changed both front bearings using a press (at work). Did not distort bearing installing them (used old bearing to press them in) have torqued appropriately...for post 1998 models, its 89 ft lbs followed by 60 angle tighten. Bearings have no play and are smooth with no grinding. Both bearings brand new. Now I get the wearing bearing noise above 30mph. Has anyone got any ideas? It is a very long and hard job to even get the hub off and I don't want to do it all again in a hurry.
