Replaced HU with Aftermarket

Hi

Vehicle is V40 - 2004 (4 front speakers, 4 rear speakers plus a dual rear speaker) for 9 total speakers. I think this is audio level 2.

I have just replaced my factory HU with a JVC Arsenal KD-A815 aftermarket HU

The harness I used is this one: Wire Harness

Also got the antena adaptor.

Everything hooked up easily and okay, but now, only 2 front speakers and 2 rear speakers are working. The 2 in the front door, plus 3 in the rear are not working.

Did I get the wrong harness ? Do I need one where there are 'cross over' wires from the green to the grey plug? Do I need an AMP?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, the rear has 3 speakers total, the smaller 2 are working fine, but it's the dual one the rear column that's not working, along with the door ones

There might be an amp tat needs to be wired in.
