Head Light Wipers

I have a 98 S70 non turbo and I have recently had problems with my left headlight wiper. When I use them it sticks in the vertical postion and and it will not go down. Once I turn the ignition key off, it returns to position. I cannot move it down by hand, and I don't want to force it. Has anyone every has this happen to their wipers and what was the fix. I tend to believe I have an issue with that wiper motor. How hard is it to change

Also I am searching for a repair manual for the S70 series. Does anyone know where to find one. I have looked on the net, and there does not seem to be any
