93 850 Gauges failed

Post by brenthymer »

Parked the car last night with no problems. Started the car this morning and not one gauge (fuel, temperature, speedometer and tachometer) seemed to be worked. the fuel and check engine lights remained on. after checking the fuses, which seemed to be fine, i took it for a spin. the moment the engine shifted, the transmission light started and remained flashing througout the time i drove. I drove to the store, and the same thing happened on the way home. The car seemed to be driving just fine. I parked it and thought I'd start asking questions. any ideas would be much appreciated.

If it happens again wiggle the ignition switch. It may be the electrical part of the switch.
