Rough Idle on start - Steering wheel shakes

Post by tjmonjay »

Hey guys,

I am having a weird issue here and I have no idea what it is. I have ruled out the MAF and the ETM. I couldn't really think of how to describe the issue so I made a thirty second video just showing what it does.

(sorry the quality isn't amazing it was taken on my iPhone)

Any idea's what would be causing this? It happens every time I start the car regardless of if the engine is warm or not.

Thanks in advance

What codes do you have? When was the last tune up? Does the car run after it starts? Does it run smooth?

It runs extremely rough for the first two minutes, however afterwards it runs very smooth. The last tune up was within the last 3 months.

I will have to pull the codes tonight don't have my tester on at work. Any guesses for the time being?
