Hello all,
Volvo 2001 S80 2.9L

I purchased my VADIS CD on Ebay few years ago and it works fine so far. Few days ago an "engine check" light indicated an evaporator leaks (P0442). I found out that there were multiple cracks on the J-Tube (from charcoal canister) that initiated the "engine check" light. As of now I think that caused the engine check light. I did replace the gas cap and resetted the engine check light by removing the EMC fuse but after a few days of driving the engine check light came on again.

I looked at the VADIS today to pull out the procedure of how to replace the J-Tube. An error below popped up when I tried to launch it.

"Cannot find set up data. Please contact your VADIS System Administrator to verify it bas been installed and configured properly"

I re-installed the CD but still received the same above error. Please advice if anyone experienced similar symtom like I did and any advice of how to resolve? I tried to contact the seller of ebay but I lost their contacts info.

In the mean time can anyone please forward a procedure of how to replace the J-Tube. Thank you very much.
