440 turbo engine power?

Anyone know around what sort of power id get from a 440 turbo engine if i bored + give a complete tune up?tuning everypart possible? Does anyone have a highly tuned 440 turbo engine?what sorta power u got?

the 1.7 turbo puts out 120 bhp from a healthy unmoded engine as standard. werent u gona do a T4 transplant ?? the 1.7 turbo engines a gid yin, easily and simply tuned up, ive heard that a citroen BX turbo deisel radiator and intercooler fits in wi some minor mods an can be tuned to 170 bhp wi the boost turned up. ma mates got a i.7 turbo which has an ind kit a decat an a backbox otherwise standard an its fast (no as fast as mine though) did u give up on the T4 idea ?

Damn, I loved my old 440. I had the a company in Falkirk called FACTS fit a new wastegate actuator (shorter version, of course) and the thing went like a rocket!!!!

The 440 turbo can be made fast by using RichMod ECU. They are around in the Volvo 480 club europe. That raises the boost to 1 bar @ 3000rpm saving your cluch and gearbox. The result is around 175hp. I have a 480 turbo with that ECU and the car goes like a rocket.
