Rear E Brake replacement XC 90 2.5T

Post by Tiny Tim 077 »

Good day all

Does anyone have the instructions on how to replace the rear E brake/parking brakes for an XC 90? I have looked on the forum but there does not seem to be one.

Any help would be great! Thank you as always

I don't know for sure as I haven't done them on the XC90 yet, but on the V70 (also P2 platform) they are almost identical to my 850, which I just did about 4 months ago. It is a straight forward job, but don't cheap out, buy the e-brake springs or "hardware" kit. its a few more bucks and you don't have to worry about losing or busting a spring or clip.
