Need Help: Chassis Settings Service

Just bought a used S60R, and it came with the Chassis Settings Service notification. I knew about it when buying, but made the purchase anyway because the seller priced it well under market. I'm looking for someone with a Dice/Vida reader in the Denver or Colorado area (will come to you) so I have an idea of what the issue(s) is(are).
