I am also looking for a LH Rocker Molding for my 99 V70 GLT.... color 417 (preferably).
Current Volvos:
2004 C70 HPT (wife)
2002 S40 1.9T (daughter)
2001 V70 XC (daughter)
1999 V70 GLT (now dead)
1998 V70 GLT (son)
The other car: 2003 Saab 9-3 SE Convertible (mine)

Will you need the clips for attaching it back on? I don't have the molding itself, but I'm pretty sure I have a box of new rocker panel clips for reattaching the molding...
