1st post of many no doubt! Can someone please tell me what sensor is in the attached picture? It did have a raised column with a plug on the end and a spring inside. It looks to connect to the air intake down low and some filter on the front. It has been broken for a year now with no noticeable performance issues.
Also my car has just started dropping revs every once in a while, even stalled last week. Have checks all the pipes but looking at some of the forums they point to a throttle sensor or mass air flow.
My car is a 2003 xc90 T6 with 200k on the clock.
