Need Rhode Island or south Massachusetts mechanic
I need someone who is good to install a rebuilt power steering rack on my 2000 V70 XC AWD Wagon SE. Rhode Island preferred, but Southern Massachusetts or northern Connecticut would be okay. Non-Volvo dealer, please, too expensive.

Wally Schramm at WCS Automotive charges something like $70/hour and has the expensive Volvo software computer.
He's in Rockland MA which is South Shore but if you can't find anyone closer, he's worth looking at. Has a superb reputation and knows his Volvos - it's all he works on. Local shops call him for advice when the going gets rough. he's known all over MA.
