2000 s80. Looks like it had fog lights before. It has the wiring, attachment plug, and the dash switch turns green when pushed. I put in new fog lights, but they won't light. No power to the attachment plug. Fuse is OK. Could the relay be at fault? If so, where is it located and how is it tested?

Sorry. The fuse was actually bad. They work now.
