2009 S60 wrong headlights?

How to go faster, stop quicker, and turn harder. 2009 S60 wrong headlights?

Have a 09 S60 and have been really disappointed with the low beam output. My owners manual says that I should have an H7 style bulb, but when I looked there is an Osram H11 instead. I am reluctant to go with the PIAA Night Tech or Extreme White because all my research says that 55W is 55W regardless of color. If they were the H7's there are a few +50 bulb options out there but different socket and all that. Not considering HID because I don't want to change the whole headlight assembly. Any thoughts or ideas?
