Volupart bad experience!
So I go to one of local sources for parts here in the ATL, which is called Volupart. I had called the day before to see if they happen to have a TCV for my 850. They said they did and it would be $30. Cool. I went the next day and was appalled at the service I received. I wasn't greeted in any particularly bad way. Kind of pawnshoppish, but whatever. I asked for the TCV, and the young guy didn't know of that part. He asked an older fella who had no clue. When the other guy at the counter intervened, he suggested that the young guy go and have me show what I was talking about on my car. I did, and when got back inside I was back where I started. To break the silence, I suggested that I would just go and order the part from the dealer..yeah it was that bad. I could tell they had no interest in working with me at all. I would suggest you deal only if you have to. I had bought a rebuilt head among several other parts over the years, and really never felt like they had any passion for Volvos or Volvo owners. I had enough of their flippant attitude, and maybe they picked up on it. Either way they need to just fizzle away. Maybe the customer base has died, and all they are doing is dealing with the urban survivor set. I even called to complain with the owner, and he turned out the be the older guy. The still didn't know what a TCV was. Threw me some stuff about they differ from year to year and they would have to see it. Give me a break.

I'm in Athens and have ordered many parts from them over the phone and have never had a poor experience. They even overnighted me a radiator for my V90.
