The MAF is not adjustable.
Have you checked to see if fuel is reaching the engine? Crank it a few times and pull a spark plug to see if it is wet. If there is no fuel on the plug check fuses 1 and 11, main and tank pump fuses. If they are OK check the fuel system relay by putting your finger on top of it and switching the ignition on. If the relay is working you should feel it click.
Try these preliminary tests and post back with the results.

Up until 1989 LH 2.2 AMM is adjustable with proper equipment. The plug on the AMM on my 1988 760 Turbo has 2 holes drilled part way through it to allow the plug to be removed with snap=ring pliers. LH 3.1 AMM's are not adjustable. But, probably cheaper to try a different AMM.

Check the radio noise suppression relay. This was fitted to the 7 series cars to stop radio interference from the injectors. The relay, in fact, powers the injectors.
On the turbo model it is mounted on the driver's side of the car as in the attached:
A quick way to check on this year of car is to swap it for the cooling fan relay, assuming the cooling fan works. They are the same relay. If it does work don't forget to buy a new one to so both systems work.

Sometimes cleaning the MAF will work and other times it needs to be replaced. You have tried cleaning it so........
