I'm probably going to be moving soon and downsizing, thus I will be losing my 6 car garage
This R really should not be left outside, it's too nice as it's always been garaged.
Originally a Texas car, it's never seen snow or salt!
It was stored for 6-7 years (long story, I will be happy to tell anyone who's interested) from about 2001-2002 to 2008 when my friend found it, bought it and brought it to PA.
After owning it or a few months he decided that it was too nice for him to use as a daily driver so he called me. He owned two or three other Volvos at the time all of which were nice, so for him it was no big deal to sell it
Naturally I had to buy it for myself, this was 2009 IIRC. It had about 24,400 miles on it then and now about 36,000...12K miles in 4 years, most (9000) in the first two years.
I think I've put on all of 900 miles in the past year which is a real shame as it drives much better than new with the "upgrades".
2000 V70R Silver/Charcoal. Rear spoiler. Dolby 3 channel, w/center speaker.
I bought and installed the last new set of the high end Dynaudio speakers and Dynamated the ENTIRE wagon, all doors complete and all around and inside the hatch and spare tire area.
This R is VERY quiet
XM satellite radio installed direct with a USA PA HON11 unit. If you don't want XM, install an iPOD cable instead.
IPD sway bars and end links.
Volvo factory strut tower brace, K&N drop in filter.
Eurosport SS exhaust, partially debadged
17" Nebula replicas with almost brand new 215/45/17 Conti DWS tires, (about 900 miles old).
I do not have the original 16" Satellites, they are now on my wife's 2000.
(If a buyer insists on those, I will swap).
Rear brakes and rotors are new, fronts are, (I think), still original with 7/32" pads, (it's been babied)!
It also has a pair of genuine Euro Jewel clear lights with the Euro light cut off pattern. These are NOT C70 lights. This was the last new set that was available for sale in the US. None have been brought in since as far as I know
I bought them from George at VIVA Performance about 5 years ago for over $800! US clear corners and a NEW XC grill.
She also has a front lower lip that can easily be removed if not wanted.
...and to finish it up, it has (also NOS) new Volvo 440 side marker lights.
Mobil 1 every 3K miles or less since 22,000 miles
No dings, dent, chips or errors.
Obviously never damaged.
As of now, it's running in FWD. I have no need for AWD so I removed the propshaft to keep everything unused, besides it's quieter and faster!
I had to give the propshaft to my wife, her's was going bad, so it will have a brand new propshaft installed before delivery.
I have a complete set of NOS aluminum dash trim (in pretty blue boxes and a set of used (and VERY rare) Black Marble trim which I never got around to installing. (Pretty neat trim).
Timing belt was done at 22K miles for time, new battery in 2009.

It also has 35% tint all around. I can't think of anything else, if I do I will edit the post.
I was feeling around last year at $17K, a couple of people offered me around 15K, I said no at that time.
$15,500 is today's price, not a nickel more, not a penny less!
Naturally a new buyer can do what he or she wants to, it's their money, but I think this one should really not be a daily driver. It should be loved and taken care of as I have done and driven occasionally.
Perhaps more than I have, say 4-6K miles a year.
This one should stay "new" as long as possible as right now it's probably the lowest mileage 2000 V70R in the world!
