240 GL 1990 160,000 mi Help needed Philadelphia

Hi- I'm in the Philly area. I have owned my car for 10 years, I am the second owner and got it at 120,000 mi. It was a salvage car and I had much trouble registering it, but I managed. It has almost no rust, and I have had very little mechanical trouble with it. From what I have read, it probably needs some preventive maintenance- like lubricating the window mechanisms and doors. I don't know what to focus on, but would like to keep it running. I have tools and some experience, but not much. I would also like to clean it up- it is missing the lower door trim on both front doors. I don't know if that trim is worth replacing, but I probably should at least fill the holes.

I use this car as my farm vehicle. I carry goats in the back, pull a trailer with hay and fencing, put lumber on top. It is much better than a pickup truck in my view. Did you know that there is a tradition of using Volvos as tractors? They were called EPA tractors. Attached is a picture of one.
