What is the most common reason the 1-5-4 code(EGR leak). replace EGR valve? EGR regulator? Vacuum? Hope you guys can help. Thanks

The EGR is most likely clogged and in need of a good cleaning, or a vacuum hose under the intake manifold is leaking.
