Heater Core Hose Coupling - Available By Self

The coupling that's on the firewall side is leaking and I'd like to replace it.. Can it be gotten by itself?
I can get P/N 30745330 but that's the entire hose with the coupling included. I just need the coupling itself.
'04 XC90 2.5T AWD (Angus) 134K.
'99 S80 T6 (Medusa) 214k. On borrowed time LOL
'98 V70 T5 (Vivienne). RIP @ 228K. Spun rod bearings.

Can anyone tell me how to get this thing disconnected?

By that I mean how to I decouple the coupling on the engine bay side of the firewall to replace the pipe?
