1998 Volvo S40 manual shift knob replacement

I just cannot seem to find any forum out in the internet showing how to remove and replace the shift knob on my car. I've searched Youtube also looking for some info. If you have done this/ know someone who has done it before, please give me some steps to swap this thing out!
I have already lifted the boot up and looked underneath but can't see anything (screw, hex or anything) that might be stopping me from unscrewing the knob.

Am i allowed to suggest a small Swedish forum? You could post in there English section. I know some of there members has done this.
