2002 s40 1.9t P0303 - P0304 Trouble starting

I have two codes that wont go away P0303 and P0304. I replaced the ignitiong coils and spark the plugs with origional parts but still have the codes and trouble starting . I have to crank it for about 10 seconds when starting in the morning on a warmer day and it cuts off and shakes it taked about 20 seconds for it to run smoothly . I noticed that when the temp was -20 with low humidiy the car started right away and smoothly. Has anyone heard of this broblem before :?:
