volvo v40 oil change

I was wandering if anyone knows if it is hard to change oil in model v40. I have a regular oil changing equipment but I want to make sure that I won't screw it up. Also is it possible to buy air and oil filters and wipers blades at some car parts stores but not at volvo dealership.
