Fixed the Private Message page layout
Fixed the Private Message page layout. Sorry I didn't get to that sooner, guys. Also fixed: User Control Panel various items, and the Registration form.

That's what I have. My clock says 11:38. While it's a one minute slow as compared to the world's most correct clock, it's not off by hour(s). I haven't heard any other reports of MVS server time being off.
Unless I hear a chorus of "The MVS clock is off. JRL is correct." I will ignore and delete any further posts you make about the time. It's not worth -- no pun intended -- my time to look at this again.

The clock IS off by an hour no matter which browser I use
As stated I have it set to another time zone so the time displayed is correct.
As for it being a minute or two off, that seems to change back and forth, right now it's in approx. in sync with what's on my computer
