No chimes

Does anyone know why my car has absolutely no chime sounds at all? Is there a single fuse that controls all chimes (seat belts, convertible top, keys, etc)....

The vanity lights on the sun visor mirrors are tied into the same circuit but if that fuse blows then the chime won't shut off. It is possible that someone simply removed the chime rather than fix an underlying problem. The chime is located in the lower electrical center, just below the fuse box but on the inside of the car, mounted high on the firewall and the chime is a blue relay with slots cut into the top. Such that you can read it, the relay is number 212 I think.

hi Lee
is the 212 relay only for US market? it is printed "for USA"
how if i install that 212 relay on asian market 850? can i hear the chimes as USA's 850?
