Ok, JRL I enabled Daylight Savings. In your User Control Panel -> Global Settings make sure you have DST set to "Yes".

I'm not seeing the marquee running both windows internet explorer 8 as well as google chrome. Did you have issues while doing so?
Speed has never killed anyone, suddenly becoming stationary... That's what gets you.

I have cleared the cache and still do not see it. I am running windows 8.
Speed has never killed anyone, suddenly becoming stationary... That's what gets you.
