Is replacing the sensor the only wat to fix this issue? If so does anyone have pictures of where this ensor is located. I had the throttle body replaced 2 months ago. The code states the mixture is too rich. Could the new throttle bosy be causing my problem? Any information or comments would be greatly apprciated.
Thank you
1999 V70 with Bank 1 O2 sensor code

What's the code number (2-1-2, 3-2-2, etc.) you're getting?
You can try to take a torch to the end of the sensor and burn off all the crud. I've read this works. Never done it myself.
I don't have pictures but you can spot the two O2 sensors by following the exhaust pipes down from the engine. They are mounted perpendicularly to the pipe and have a wire out the other end.
