North Bay (I'm in Santa Rosa). My house has a sloped driveway and no garage. I need to do brakes, PCV rebuild, etc. and have my own tools.

I often see DIYers in parking lot at AutoZone, there are several in your area.
Check with guys at the front desk, someone may extend warehouse type space.
