1998 v70 Engine and Tranny

I've got a 1998 V70 with 133,xxx miles that I have used as a work car and the interior/body is pretty worn...but the engine and tranny are both strong and in good order (CEL is on due to exhaust leak). I'm in NYC...anyone looking for a motor?
