Turns on the car and it runs fine. After a while the car starts to stumble, and run rough. Front driver side O2 Sensor was replaced but still the same issue. Been getting a variety of codes that are o2 related. Any idea what it could be? Haven't found any vacuum leaks... also intermittently the passenger side cat get red momentarily and then just goes back to normal. This issue presented itself after the motor and tranny were pulled due to a leaking rear main seal, and bad transmission. Tranmission is good now. Engine is now acting ups!! HELP!

P0134 - Intermittently shows up.
