I think the user still has it so its hard to determine if its repairable. By the looks of it I should be able to repair it with a new bolt.

I looked at before and after pics. Surely this last user could visit a bolt/nut shop and fix it out of courtesy. Simply by piecing the bolt together can provide total length.

The bolt shop has tools to determine thread pitch and size; easy peasy!!

The user bought a new one, finished his job, and sent it to me. Got it last night. I don't know the status of the older one, I'll ask him in an email.

This program is back on track. Deposits will be higher (shipping+user fee+deposit). I haven't come up with the numbers yet.
